Comments: One thing I was pretty surprised with was that this bowl IS PLASTIC. I was expecting glass because that is what the original bowl was but this was plastic. It's OK that it isn't glass but I would have liked to know that before. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: The bowl seems to be really fragile. I had the original sitting on the edge of my bathroom sink upside-down to change the water. It rolled over and down into the sink and cracked on impact (it fell maybe 2 inches before hitting the sink). I do love the look of this fish bowl though, just wish it was was more sturdy :) Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: My replacement bowl is the exact product I was looking for...however, the mouth of the bowl is a bit smaller than the original. Therefore, the lid fits, however it is lose and I have to be careful not to knock it or I'm afraid that the lid will come off and the bowl will fall. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
