Pump housing cracks easily by Parker

Comments: These pumps have worked well over the years. The biggest complaint I have about them is that if you use them in an inline configuration...the slightest torque you put on the pump housing when attaching threaded couplings or fittings causes the plastic pump housing to crack. They also crack when you take the housing off to clean the pump and re-attach it. Once you crack the housing it has to be replaced. I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I use the Mag 7 for may skimmer and it has worked great for 6 months. It is my 2nd mag and it is the best brand I have ever used. I would definitely recommend this pump! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I purchased this pump as a replacement for an outdoor pond pump that finally quit working. This is an even stronger version to use, and it has already proven to be great in circulating the water and keeping it well filtered. This Petstore.com product beat the competition (both locally and online) in both price and quality! Thanks very much for that. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I use this pump for my return line from sump/refuge to the display and it works great. Its a strong pump so i designed my plumbing to branch off a portion of the flow back to the sump and this worked out perfect. I have no complaints on the purchase and recommend it to anyone interested in buying one. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: The Danner supreme mag-drive pumps are perfect for submersion or external. Place felt pad between the pump and sump and ensure the output hose doesn’t touch the sump lid to eliminate noise. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Widely used pump, I have 2 Mag 7's and a 9.5. Never have had any problems. I dont doubt they heat up the water, but I've never had any problems from it (125 gallons of water in my system). Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
