Comments: never have trouble figuring out the colour but it's not low range enough. if you try to keep your nitrate below 1ppm it's not the kit to use. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Unsatisfactory

Comments: This test, like the others made by Elos seem to give incorrect results, are way over priced, and the lids to the vials do not even fit properly so when they expect you to shake them for 5 full minutes, you end up with about half the water left in the vial you started with. My seachem test and API test showed I had 40ppm nitrates in my tank which I believe since I was starting to see Cyano and green hair algae yet this test showed 0 nitrates. The testing process is also much more of a pain than API and Seachem. I am very disappointed with this product and the entire Elos testing line. I would not recommend this product to my friends.
