Comments: This product is an excellent idea, I like the way it is concealed in the aquarium, the controls are external for easy adjustment, and the low wattage creates less power consumption, however, the temperature probe wire is far too short (3 feet to be exact) to allow the control unit to be located in a practical location if your aquarium is on a stand. I would only recommend this product to those who have aquariums 16" tall or less with a fully enclosed stand with ample spots to locate the control unit Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
