Comments: I bought this to use in my 250 gallon aquarium to pumpt the water back up into the tank from the sump. It works and is very quiet. It did leak from the front area but I was able to use some plumbing compound to stop that. I think the next size up would have worked better for a tank this size. Overall, if I do order alarger size it will be this type as it is the most quiet pump I have ever used.
