Excellent!

Aqua clear power head 30 by SHERWIN TANDIAMA

Comments: Very powerfull and small. You can control the power down which i only use half of its power. I used this for my Turbo twist 3x uv sterilizer and it worked realy great. I like to thank Marinedepot for shipping my items very fast. Thank you Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Excellent!

Comments: I use two of these power heads in my 30 gallon reef tank. Hooked up to the JBJ Ocean Pulse - DUO Wavemaker (2 pump Capacity), they do an EXCELLENT job. Even on the wave maker's 5 sec. setting these powerheads have NO trouble with the rapid on/off cycles. To control cyanobacteria in your 30 gallon tank (What worked for me): DON'T OVERFEED, 20% H20 change/2 wks, get an Aqua C Remora Hang-on Skimmer, a turkey baster (yes, a turkey baster), and purchase two of these Aqua Clear Power Head 30 and a JBJ Ocean Pulse - DUO Wavemaker (2 pump Capacity). Before I took this approach (along w/routine filter changes), I was battling the cyano (approx. every 4 days it would come back). Since I employed these points 4 months ago, I've not had ANY evidence of cyanobacteria in my tank. (I've had the Hydor Koralia p/h and the red sea berlin skimmer. They are now sitting in my basement. They could not cut the mustard like the Aqua Clear P/H and the Aqua C Remora skimmer). I HIGHLY recommend this approach and these products! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
