Was this review helpful to you?         7 of 7 people found the following review helpful: Excellent! great timer by kth Experience Level: Intermediate Posted on 4/12/2008 from usr, nj Comments: i use them(3) for my lightings- t5's as dawn/dusk, metal halides, and moon lights. like these features: low price, easy to set up, dual outlets, back up battery(so you don't need to reprogram if the power goes out for a short period...don't know how long the back up last, tested by unconnecting for only a few minutes), big plus--you can turn the timer "on" and then put it in "auto" and it will keep the programmed schedule without having to turn it "off" and put it back in "auto" later. additional features that would make it better: backlit lcd or different color led so it's easier to see especially when placed in the hard to see location, separate on/auto/off buttons. overall a very capable timer especially for this price.
