Comments: I bought this wavemaker because I was reading other reviews of how well it works with the Koralia pumps. I have 2 Koralia 3's and I was not happy with they worked together. The pumps came on so suddent that they "chattered" for a second. It becomes very annoying. Your better off forking out the money for a gradual power wavemaker. I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This is a great product well made and the dial gives you a positive selection as you move it around. the dial movement is very smooth. It works well with my Hydor Nano powerheads without any problems. There is one thing which I found disappointing with this unit and that is if you have a power cut or you power off this unit and back on, it automatically switches BOTH powerheads on until you move the dial back to zero then to the delay you want, so you are not able to put this unit on a timer. If this doesn't bother you, then JBJ Ocean Pulse is a great unit. P.S. it doesn't have a feeding delay :o( Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: It's very simple and does what it should. Great water randomizing device if you're on a budget. I run 2 maxijet 1200's on each output (using a power splitter). Recommended for small tanks since the only pumps you can really use are maxijets. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: The Ocean Pulse is the best. It keeps everything simple and prevents my tank from having any dead spots. The fish and corals that I have seem to be doing alot better now that there is a constant variation of water flow in the tank. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This has good features for the price, but it has bugs that I've confirmed with a couple of other people. (1) The printed timing isn't exact- not a big deal but you have to adjust it by trial and error, and (2) When the thing is turned on- such as after you switch the power off for maintenance or after brief power outage- both outlets are turned on at the same time by default. You need to move the dial around to make it work like a wavemaker again. I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: For ease of use, reliability, low cost - this is the winner! It took a moment to figure out how to get it working correctly - read the manual! But it works perfectly and creates the ultimate flow for my nano. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: The JBJ Ocean Pulse Duo Wavemaker is easy to set up and works well. The time is easy to change and is accurate. It would be nice to be able to time each pump independently (a different amount of time on each pump). Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Not able to turn it off by TED-10 year reef

Comments: Great product except for one minor detail. I was hoping to hook this to a timer so that at night I could give the wave maker a rest from midnight to 6am. Unfortunately, if you ever stop power to the device, when it turns back on, it automatically turns both pumps on and keep running both of them instead of alternating them. Nice only if you never have a power outage and never want to give your reef a rest. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: A major flaw with this unit: Every time there is a power outage or the aquarium is shut off for maintenance you MUST reset the unit manually or it then leaves both pumps on continuously when power comes back on. Since power blips are commonplace with today's utility companies, you have to check this thing regularly to see if it has to be reset. I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Seems to do what it is supposed to do, widely adjustable times, Only problem I have with it is the fact you can not turn it off for feeding, you have to unplug it, then readjust it when you plug it back in. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I bought 2 Hydro Koralia 850 pumps and hooked it up to JBJ Ocean Pulse - DUO Wavemaker! It has an extremely smooth flow from one pump to the other. My fish play in the flow! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
