Good product for the cost

Comments:
I recently added the Quadra wave maker (4 pump capacity) to my 180 gal. reef tank. The wave maker works reasonably well, especially for the cost. It is difficult to synchronize the timers if you want to have 2 pumps working at the same time, but it is possible. Anytime the power goes out (either by turning it of or a failure) the settings must be reset, which means the process of getting the pumps in sync must be repeated. There is no large volume of water movement as with a true wave, rather this unit only creates alternating lineal water flow, so the full effect of a wave is not created. Don't get me wrong, the water movement is adequate, but definitely not what the wave "box" units provide, such as the Tunze Wave Box (cost around $575). Since the cost of this unit is less than 1/5 of a box unit, it is affordable for all. Some power heads don't work well (with the constant on/off) and a list of those that do would be helpful.
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

WORKS WELL, ALTHOUGH THE TIMERS ARE NOT QUITE ACCURATE AND YOU HAVE TO ADJUST UNTIL YOU GET IT TO THE TIME YOU WANT
