I have a 120 gal acrylic tank that is 24 inches tall. I also have purple coalline that is growing on my life rocks as well as the aquarium walls. A normal sponge style algae scrubber can't scrape off the crusty coalline. Once i got this it didn't take too long for me to clean off all of my acrylic walls. I highly recommend it. It will take a little elbow grease but not much. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
