Comments: This thing scratches the heck out of my tank. I'd suggest getting something soft the put between them to keep the outer one from scratching. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Mag Float Acrylic Cleaner by Vmo-Mmo

Comments: I was looking for an easier way to clean my acrylic 75 gallon aquarium. I thought this product was the answer.... While it does clean algae from the surface, it does take quite a scrubbing. With the water change, I noticed micro scratches on the inside surface. When the tank was refilled, you couldn't see the scratches, but it makes you wonder what will happen overtime (cloudy surface?). Also, having(all acrylic tanks that I know of)curved corners, the cleaner does not reach them, so you still have to go inside the tank to clean there. In short, I think works fairly well, but I'm only going to use it for "in-between" aquarium servicing (concerned with scratches). Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: it has a powerful magnet and it does a decent job knocking off slime from the tank. I do have to go over the tank several times to really get it clean though. My kids love using it so that is a plus on one less chore for me. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Reasonable performance for the price, but the relatively small surface area and less powerful magnets can result in a fair amount of scrubbing. If you can stomach the price tag, check out the AlgaeFree or Magnavore options for a serious cleaning magnet. I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I BOUGHT IT AT OVER PRICED PETCO for 17.99....BUT IT WORKS GREAT....it's LIGHT , BUT VERY STRONG MAGNET....IM NOT AN MAGNET EXPERT THOUGH..AND HAVE LIMITED EXPERIENCE..SO TAKE IT FOR WHAT IT's WORTH! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: The mag float gets most algea off of the acrylic. However, it did leave a bit of the harder to get stuff on it but it was barely noticeable. Still well worth the money and you don't get your hands wet Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
