Comments: For the price, this device works really well. My automatic feeder drops food into the feeding station and the food stays put until the fish eat it or it sinks. I did have to shorten the plastic arm that holds the ring in place. I think it would be nice if a large and short arm were provided for more flexibility in mounting the ring. This is the only reason I gave the product 4 stars instead of 5. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I have had a few of these; it helps to keep excess food going into your overflow and then sump. Unfortunately, the inner plastic doesn't always fit snuggly into the sponge rim. Quite annoying when the plastic flips up when you are using. Maybe I just got a bad one. I would not recommend this product to my friends.
