Comments: As good as Ocean Nutrition Formula One flakes. I feed 3x a day: Prime Reef then Formula One, then frozen mysis shrimp. Once a week I feed frozen cyclopeze. Every so often I feed minced clams (the absolute favorite).
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
