Bio Digest by KENNY TROESTER

Comments: It has been just 15 days since I added One ampule of Bio Digest to my 6 year old 120 gallon Reef tank with a 30 gallon sump--I have no mechanical filtration and rely on tank critters for cleaning--My tank is well stocked with many diverse corals and 8 healthy fish (including two Blue Chromis added to start my tank that seem to live forever). I have been keeping my eye on the detritus that I can not reach to either suction or stir up and have yet to notice much difference-I have a light algea growth but keep it to keep my snails alive-What I have noted is that my corals became somewhat more elongated the day after the addition of Bio Digest-This effect seemed to endure for about 10 days. Last evening (15 days later) I added a second ampule--My Nitrites measure Zero while my Nitrates are hovering around 10ppm. (I have noted no effect on PH or other chemistries to date) Test results have not changed for the worse which is a good sign if indeed the BioDigest is working its magic. I hope to see my corals appear even healthier after this second ampule. Time will tell--The jury is still out for me... Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Excellent!

Comments: I purchased this product because it was highly recommended by a fellow aquarist from Dominican Republic. I have a Red Sea Max and just had an incident while traveling, I lost all but one of my fish, luckily the corals survived, along with the snails, and my clam. After a 50% water change and removal of as many of the corpses as I could possibly find, my Ammonia level was at 0.5 ppm, Nitrates where between 10 and 20 ppm and there was algae growing everywhere. I added two vials of BIO DIGEST, waited 24 hours and added a third. At 48 hours Ammonia was gone! At 72 hours nitrates where down to between 5 and 10 ppm and the corals where all open and bright, I started re-stocking, on the fifth day I am fully stocked with nine fish, one cleaner shrimp, and a sally light foot crab - water is perfect - just amazing! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
