Unsatisfactory

Comments: This kit frustrated me to no end. Kept telling me I had between .25 and .5 ppm of ammonia in my marine aquarium months after it had been set up. Finally I tested my long established freshwater tanks and my tap water to find it gave the same reading. All other test kits showed zero. Obviously the Red Sea kit is giving false positives. Not a fun thing! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: If you are looking to have very precise readings this is not your product. However, will do the work but do not buy this product thinking you can start an analytical lab with this product. Have a brief understanding how does it work and in my opinion try to be consistent. Read under same lighting conditions all the time. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: The test results are totally inexact. not to mention the weird colors that are not on the color chart, not even close. I would not recommend this product to my friends.
