Seachem Flourish™ is a comprehensive plant supplement for the natural freshwater aquarium. It contains a rich assortment of important micro elements, trace elements and other nutrients. These include calcium, magnesium, iron and other important elements that have been shown to be beneficial to aquatic plants. For macro element (NPK) fertilization, use Flourish Nitrogen™, Flourish Phosphorus™ or Flourish Potassium™ as needed. A 250 mL bottle treats up to 12,500 gallons. It is also beneficial for household plants. Impressive results by Will Experience Level: Intermediate Posted on 7/13/2008 from CA UNITED STATES Comments: After years of coasting my aquarium was showing its age. The plants had too many yellow leaves, and a thin layer algae and diatoms covered many of the plants. Testing showed that the only nutrient my tap water measurably provided was phosphates, and my tank acidity was off the scale. At the advice of a local aquarium group, I purchased five Seachem products: Flourish, Flourish Iron, Equilibrium, Alkaline Buffer, and PhosGuard. The improvement was almost immediate -- within minutes O2 output soared; within days the algae and diatoms vanished, and fresh green plant growth was everywhere. In a week my tank went from blah to near showcase quality. I'm absolutely stunned. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
