Great
Phosban Reactor 150 by THOMAS MOORE
Experience Level: Expert
Posted on 1/27/2008 from BEAUFORT, NC UNITED STATES
Comments: Works great, but I did not use the flexable 90 degree connectors. I connected the tubing strait to the Phosban reactor and secured the tubing with stainless steel clamps. It leaked with the flexable 90 degree connectors.
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I set up a bank of 3 of these on my reef tank, for Phosban, Carbon, and an "auxillary." They work great no matter what media I put in them. Sharp looking product, and easy to get into and maintain.

Unsatisfactory
phosban reactor by ANTHONY PIZZUTILLO
Experience Level: Intermediate
Posted on 12/25/2007 from PRINCETON, NJ UNITED STATES
Comments: difficult to keep media circulating, even with dedicated maxijet pump. as a result significant drop in efficacy after a couple of days of usage, media blocks water paasage even when mixing with carbon, do not recommend.
I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Good Value by MICHAEL GRIN
Experience Level: Intermediate
Posted on 8/27/2007 from OAKLAND, CA UNITED STATES
Comments: Performs well and does the job at a good price, and compact, too. My only complaint is that it's a bit tricky to get the o-ring to seal. I've learned to put a little olive oil on it before I crank it down. Also, make certain that the threads are totally clear of media.
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Carbon Chamber by thereefgeek

Love it by LORRAINE
Comments: Bought a Kent Marine Reactor a few months ago and have already replaced it with this new reactor - works much better! The enclosed valve is a bonus! Need tubing and small pump separate.
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Even works for phosban! by rockitrob
Comments: Phosban can break down into dust if more than 90 gph is used. I put a T in my return line and with the included ball valve ran some 1/2 hose and it works great. Noticed the rusults in a week.
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

excellent as a carbon filter. by bergzy
Comments: can't beat the price for a fluidized reactor for running carbon. load it with rinsed carbon, get some 1/2" flexible tubing, a maxijet 1200 and you are good to go. how simple is that?
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Affordable by MARK WUESTENBERG
Comments: Does a great job. You can hang it on the straight edge top part of your sump. You need to order hose and a little pump keep in mind.
