Timers and Power Centers

An aquarium power center is a power strip with a digital light timer that will create a day/night cycle for an aquarium light and moonlights, while also providing power to your other aquarium equipment. Note that a power center powers a light on and off but lacks advanced aquarium light controls.

A digital timer can serve many aquarium functions. Use it as a digital light timer. Create a simple wavemaker by oscillating a fish tank water pump or powerhead. Use it to turn off a UV sterilizer at night, etc.

Use a Bluetooth controllable power switch, like the flexi plug, to control aquarium equipment from your smart phone.
