The G5 Radion diffuser is here!
The most radically different Radion light ever just further enhanced its appeal with the launch of the G5 diffuser. Available for all G5 XR15 and XR30 models, the new diffuser enables further flexibility in modifying light output by diffusing colour mixing and further balancing intensity with only a small reduction in PAR.
Magnet mounting, EcoTech's totally new diffuser needs no tools to attach to the G5 lights and utilises an engineered diffuser material to improve caustics and the way that the light is emitted to the tank below.
The G5 diffuser will appeal to reef keepers who crave even flatter, more blended LED light, and that combined with the much wider and more numerous population of diodes on the G5 units will help to reduce shimmer, shadowing, PAR hotspots and make the spread of light even more like that of multiple T5.
LED lighting evolution
With the launch of the new diffuser, the Gen 5 Radion couldn't be more different to the original Gen 1 Radion launched all those years ago, and features like the AB+ spectrum of the G5 Blue, the wide, even spread of light from this diffuser and full control via the integrated EcoTech Mobius platform couldn't make lighting corals any easier.
