Checktemp®1 makes routine controls fast and simple for both incoming and outgoing goods. Constructed of AISI 316 stainless steel material, this probe is in compliance with food regulations, making it an ideal instrument for measuring temperature according to HACCP requirements.

Probe is a little short and storage is a little clumsy if you don’t use the box it comes in.

Consistently.5 or .4 degrees f difference against a high grade thermometer. Pretty good but like any thermometer if you have 3 or 4 next to each other the readings are slightly different. Quick response and seemingly very consistent in water.
Have been using this during water changes, checking air temps in the house and vehicle, also checked the temps of food! This is the best temp gage i have used!
