Made in the USA!

Compatibility built-in
100% Backwards compatible with previous units. AquaBlade scraper fits the old blades, AquaBlade blades fit the old scraper.

Strength and beauty
By utilizing virgin plastic in the molding process instead of re-grind or recycled plastics, the AquaBlade is much stronger and more agile than other scrapers. And the first time you pick up an AquaBlade you’ll notice the difference it makes. It feels strong and durable — perfect for work inside your aquarium.

No hollowness here
The AquaBlade is injected molded as a solid piece of plastic which keeps water from entering the unit while using. This means no hollow handles and drizzling of excess water when removed from the aquarium. And without trapped aquarium water inside the scraper it will never develop odors from growing bacteria.

White plastic
Allows you to see the scraper more easily through darker algae. This means you don’t miss any spots the first time around the aquarium.

Blades full of sharp ideas
The AquaBlade cyan blade was created by testing countless different types of plastics and plastic blends. The results are a special self lubricating plastic that is softer than acrylic, so it will not scratch acrylic.

Great acrylic scraper

Pros: Left no scratch marks

Cons: None so far but who knows how long it will last

So far so good. I used it on my 120g acrylic tank yesterday and had no scratches. I only cleaned one side because thats all i had time for but i have no complaints so far. I have no coralline algae(or something similar) on my glass so i don't know it will do on that type of algae.

I don't get it

Pros: Non

Cons: Hardly takes of anything

I would say that this scraper doesn't do much if anything at all. Don't buy it. Worthless for acrylic tanks

good product

This scraper works really well for the type of hard algae I get on my glass, which only comes off with a lot of pressure from this type of scraper, the magnet ones don't work for me. It is very similar to the old Kent scrapers which are apparently no longer made, other than an adjustable length one I purchased fairly recently. The trouble with that Kent adjustable is that when pressed firmly the adjustable length retracts. This Continuum scraper is good quality, I got the 24" and it handles a lot of pressure without breaking. The blades also seem good quality and don't scratch my acrylic tank.

great sturdy acrylic safe

I've used this for about a month now, & so far it's been great! Hasn't scratched my acrylic tank yet - knock on wood - even while applying a lot of pressure to remove tenacious coralline. Excellent quality, thin shaft only looks weak - it's surprisingly very strong! This is just the right size for me to reach all areas of my tank (24" deep, 24" width) with substantial eurobracing. Handgrip doesn't slip at all even while in the water, love the replaceable blade design, angled just enough to allow getting to some areas that would be impossible with my existing shorty version. 4/5 stars only due to personal preference - the handgrip is just slightly more narrow than I'd like for my large hands. Highly recommend this series of scrapers!

excellent

I love this scraper. it's wide blade and easy grip handle make scrapping algae easy. And the fact that the handle is not hollow, it will not fill with water and grow mildew and bacteria like my last scraper did. great product!
