Dennerle CO2 Complete Kit
Plants are made up of almost 50% carbon, which means CO2 (carbon dioxide) is the most important plant nutrient of all. Aquarium water almost always contains too little CO2. Slow-growing, undemanding plants can manage without the addition of extra CO2, but, fast-growing and demanding plants require additional CO2 fertilization in order to grow healthy and strong. With the Nano CO2 Complete Set, Dennerle provides the appropriate CO2 system for mini aquariums, especially for lush underwater landscapes.

Yes, I would recommend this.
Good Introduction to CO2
Pros: Easy to setup
Cons: Limited aquarium sizes.
This kit was easy to setup / install. Had all the components with clear instructions.
I use it on a lightly planted 30 gallon tank (which is probably beyond the capacity of this kit) but I've seen significant improvements in the plant life in my tank (less yellowing, more offshoots).
I'm interested to see how long the supplied tank lasts and how easy it is to get a replacement.
