Progressive density mesh mechanical filtration system can be used as a system or separately.
Aquamesh #1 is great for removal of large debris and free floating particles most commonly used as a first stage to allow longer use of finer stages between cleanings.

The Aquamesh progressive filter pads are great for pre-filtration in sumps. They have a very rigid design that will not collapse like traditional filter floss. The Progressive pads come in 4 different densities that can be ran in succession for long term use, or just a single pad can be ran as well depending on what your system needs. The stiffness of the pads makes cleaning very easy to be used over and over again.

Thank you for reaching out to us! This aquamesh material will be more than sturdy enough to use as a moss wall as I have used these as dividers for betta pairs in the past. You just need to ensure the mesh is a snug fit or to use some sort of additional support such as epoxy or silicone (for a tank that hasn't been set up yet) to prevent it from falling over as these are very sturdy, but don't have the best balance due to their small footprint when oriented vertically.
