Yes, I would recommend this.

Gets the job done

Pros: Works like it is supposed to

Cons: Directions aren’t very good

This is my first CO2 regulator purchase and I had some mix feelings about it. I followed the directions step by step and had done a fair amount of research on the whole process before I started setting this up. So the main issue that I had with the product was that the directions make it sound like you should never touch the needle valve when adjusting bps. However with needle valve all the way open like the directions state to do the is no working pressure on the gauge and when you try to dial the bps in they won’t hold. So finally what i did to solve this issue was open the main valve up till working pressure registered and then dialed down the needle valve till I was within range. Now that I have it setup it seems to be working just fine.

I would recommend the product I just wouldn’t recommend following the directions when it says not to use the needle valve because i don’t see any other way to get this dialed in.

No, I would not recommend this.

Garbage

Cons: Might kill all my fish

Followed directions and the thing is not working properly. Low pressure gage is not registering any pressure despite the fact that bubbles are clearly visable through bubble counter and when I adjust the main regulator valve it increases or decreases the bubbles. Problem is no matter where I set it the bubble count changes within a few minutes. How am I supposed to depend on this device to not kill all my fish...? Guess I get to find out what Marine Depots return policy is because I’m not going to risk it.
