Keeping your RO/DI system running at its best requires the filters to be replaced when required. Purity Monitors (TDS meters) are the best way to know when to change our your cartridges and membranes, but a general rule of thumb is to change out the sediment, carbon and DI cartridges every 6 months and the RO membrane about every 1-2 years (2-4 years if using a flush valve).
We carry a wide range of sediment, carbon, DI and RO replacement membranes from manufacturers like SpectraPure, Captive Purity, Kent Marine and AquaFX.
When replacing your RO membrane it is important to match up the correct Gallon Per Day (GPD) that you currently have. If you are not sure what GPD rating your system has, you can simply pick up a new flow restrictor to match the GPD of the membrane you wish to purchase.
