Yes, I would recommend this.

Fish love it

Pros: Excellent quality, good price

Cons: None

I have been supplementing Mysis shrimp with other frozen foods to give a balance diet, everything in the tank goes crazy over this. Purchasing in the two pound box is the most economical way to go.
